STAR CINEMA
"The Ghost Goes West," another triumph for the skilful producer Alexander Korda, is enjoying a successful season at the Star Cinema. Robert Donat, the leading player, has the doublo rolo of Donald Glourie, owner of an ancient Scottish castle, and of the ghost which haunts the castle. Glburio is forced through poverty to sell the castle and when it is transported piecemeal across the Atlantic and rebuilt in America the ghost accompanies it. Here amid hilarious scenes he frees himself from his ghostly fate b.f extracting submission from'a descendant of the house of MoLaggan, traditional enemies of the Glourie clan. The picture contains some witty dialogue and excellent burlesquo of American publicity methods.
