OPEN TOURNAMENT The open tournament of the North Shore Golf Club was commenced on Saturday. There was a good entry. Following are the "stableford Bogey.—L. Harrison, 30, 6—36: F. Fernley (Otahuhu), 25. 8—33;. S. \\ . Chambers, 22, 11—33; H. Preston, jun., 24, 8—32: S. Foot, 23. 9—32. , Afternoon Bogey.—W. Robert, - up; H. Everson. 1 down; B. Cooper (Otahuhu). 1 down: H. Goodwin, S. W. Chambcrß, H. J. Preston, H. Preston. 2 down. A medal round will be played this morning and a four-ball bogey competition th;» afternoon.
