A message from Berlin "says that the London correspondent of Angriff writes: "Mr. Chamberlain's statement showg that the return of the mandates is a matter of the very near future. Britain has abandoned her earlier attitude, and it is clear now that the British publio will agree to the return of the mandates if not enthusiastically at least calmly." ;
