LIGHT PEARLS IN ONE OYSTER
Eight pearls have been found in one oyster by a woman living at Bridgetown, Nova Scotia. She was preparing an oyster stew when she discovered hard substances insido the shell of one of the oysters. On examination, she found that these were pearls—all eight considerably larger than seed pearls. Four were as big as sweet-pea seeds, and one was even larger.
