INFECTIOUS DISEASES
RETURNS FOR MARCH According to the infectious diseases returns for March in the Central Auckland health district, 24 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were reported. Other cases included scarlet fever, 12, and diphtheria, nine. In the Thames-Tauranga health district the cases reported were:—Pulmonary tuberculosis four and diphtheria two.
