SIMPLER LEGISLATION
INCOME TAX REGULATIONS ENGLISH BILL DRAFTED (Received April 8, G. 5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY. April 7 The Income Tax Co-ordination Committee has issued a report and the draft of a bill to make the law relating to income tax as intelligible t£> taxpayers aa the nature of Buch regulations will admit. The existing legislation, on the subject consists of nearly 800 distinct provisions embodied in 10 different Acts of Parliament. The draft of the bill put forward in the report comprises 417 clauses.
