NOISY MOTOR-BOATS

COMPLAINTS AT HAMILTON BOROUGH COUNCIL'S POSITION [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Wednesday „ Legal advice was received by the Hamilton Borough Council last evening that it had no jurisdiction respecting tho control of motor-boats on the Waikato River, within tho borough boundaries, and had no power to check the nuisance complained of arising out of tho noise caused by some of the boats.
