MINISTER FAREWELLED
Representatives from all churches in Mount Albert were present at a meeting held to farewell tho Rev. A. McBean, who is relinquishing his charge after six years' ministry in connection with tho Mount Albert Methodist Church. Various church officers expressed their appreciation of Mr. McBean's work and regret at his departure, and presentations wero made to Mr. and Mrs. Mcßean and Miss Margaret Mcßean. At meetings held previously tributes were paid to Mr. AleBean's activities in the church, the district schools' social service work, tho local tennis club, and other institutions.
