REFORTIFI CATION QUESTION DESIRE OF THE TURKS j (Received April 7, 5.5 p.m.) ' LONDON, April 6 The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Eden, was asked in the House of Commons whether the Government had received any communications from Turkey with reference to the rebuilding of fortifications;'in the Dardanelles. In reply he said there had been no official communication but the Turkish Minister of foreign Affairs had mentioned the desire of his Government to raise the Question $t a suitable moment.
