WIFE GOES AWAY
COURT ORDERS RETURN An application for restitution of conjugal rights was made by Lewis James Kinross (Mr. Aekins) against Dom Kinross before Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court yeuterday. The petitioner said they were married in April, 1933, and in the following June his wife went to Christchurch for a holiday. She did not return homq and when he saw her in Albert Park in September of that year she said she was going to make her own way and had no intention of returning. She found married life very quiet His Honor said that in this case he had some doubt about the genuineness of the petitioner's desire for his wife's return. His conduct did not seem to indicate any serious desire for that. However, he had sworn thathe wished her to come back, and His Honor would make an order in his favour that the respondent return to him within 28 days of the service of the decree.
