TWO PERSONS FINED
RACECOURSE TRESPASSING
A fine of £5 was imposed by Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., upon Gladys F. Mackrell, who was charged at the Police Court yesterday with trespassing on Ellerslie Racecourse on January 2 when she was a prohibited person. Senior-Detective Hall said that defendant had two previous convictions for bookmaking and one for trespassing. Arthur W. G. Mold was fined £2 for trespassing at Ellerslie Racecourse on January 29.
