NATIONAL FLOWER SHOW
THE FETE AT ELLERSLIE ATTRACTIVE PROGRAMME Excellent entries are being received from all parts of the North Island for the National Flower Show that will be hold at Ellerslie Racecourse on Thursday and Friday. In spite of the ravages of the recent gales, blooms have come on well, and a splendid display may be anticipated. A floral fete arranged in aid of the Crippled Children's Fund is being held on Saturday, March 7, in conjunction with, the show. A fine programme of spectacular and colourful pageantry has been organised, and it is hoped that tho fete will be tho best ever held in Auckland. Particulars are advertised in this issue.
