NEW REGISTRAR APPOINTED [BY TELECRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday It was announced to-night by the Hon. F. Jones, Minister in Charge of Friendly Societies, that Mr. Cecil Gostelow, Government actuary, has been appointed Registrar of Friendly Societies. and Superintendent of the National Provident Fund, in succession to the late Mr. R. Witheford.
