UNDEFENDED DIVORCE
[from our own correspondent] HAMILTON. Tuesday A dissolution of his marriage with Edna May Fuller was granted by Mr. Justice Callan in the Supreme Court to-day to Frederick Donald Fuller, butcher, of Frankton (Mr. J. F. Strang) on the grounds of respondent's adultery with Alfred Kennedy. Petitioner gave evidence that respondent hiid left his home with Kennedy, a friend of the family, and was now living with him. No defence was filed.
