EYE-STRAIN WARNING
"Over and over again we broadcast warnings against the abuse of the eyes in both work and play, and we continue those warnings because those whose eyes do not happen to be troubling them are deaf to any advice," said Mr. F. G. Hayes-Towns, of Wellington, when addressing the annual conference of the New Zealand Institute of Opticians in Christchurck. "Like the night of gnawing pain that sends us hurrying to tho dentist months after wo should have gone, it is only when- the eves aro sunering severely that tho realisation of eyestrain comes into consciousness.
