ELLERSLIE FLORAL FETE
CRIPPLED CHILDREN'S FUND NATIONAL FLOWER SHOW Arrangements are well in hand for the floral fete to be hold at the Ellerslie Racecourse on Saturday, March t. Part of the proceeds will be devoted to the Crippled Children's Fund. Decorated vehicle displays, entries for wjiieh close on Monday; a display by the Navy and itoms by the pupils of the Queen Victoria School for Maori girls, aud the St>ddon Memorial Technical College will be presented The national flower show will be held at the racecourse on March 5 and G, when a record showing of flowers is anticipated. There will be a special display of dahlias from Newcastle, New South Wales. Entries for the show close to-morrow.
