It has been decided to make available 5000 shares "of £1 each, which will be offered to shareholders at par. The society has an authorised capital of £200,000 in shares of £1 each, £80,093 being issued and paid. Dividends of 5 per cent have been paid for several years, and the shares are priced about 21s. HIJDDART PARKER, LTD. NO CHANGE IN DIVIDENDS The directors of Huddart, - Parker, Limited, Melbourne, have recommended, final dividends of 3 per cent on preference shares and 3J per cent on ordinary shares for the year ended December 31. The full year's distributions are unchanged at 6 per cent, and 7 per cent, respectively. Payment will be made on March 21.
