[from our own correspondent] TE AWAMUTU, Friday The Meadowland Cup, competed for at the Te Awamutu Show for most points in the pedigree Jersey section was won by Mr. W. Miers, of Rototuna, with 20 points. Mr. W. S. MoEwen, of Pukeroro,' was second, with 17 points, and Mr. V. McD. Hitchings, of Otorohanga, was third, with 13 points. The Te Awamutu Jersey Club's Cup for the best pedigree Jersey cow was won by Mr. Miers' Soumise Champ.
