FOR CHATHAM ISLANDS
STUD ROMNEY EWES Twenty Romney two-tooth ewes were recently selected from the stud of Messrs. E. G. Goulter and Wilson, Palmerston North, for Mr. S. Henderson, of Chatham Islands. The ewes were typical Romneys, with beautiful heads and splendid bodies. The sheep had been tested by Mnsfiey College for wool purity and were certified as A, or better. This is Mr. Henderson's fourth successive purchase of these ewes, while he has also taken two selected stud rams from the same flock.
