After a late sale at"v3s 5d on the previous day, G. J. Coles were secured at "2s 9d, a full loss of I'd. Rising metal prices were responsible for further improvement in Electrolytic Zinc issues, supplies of which were not in sight. Farmers' Trading sold Id dearer at 8s 7d, but more were not taken at that price. Northern Roller Mills were again easier and New Zealand Drug also lost ground.
