ELECTION OF OFFICERS [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] CHRISTCHUECH, Thursday The conference of the New Zealand Institute of Opticians concluded today. The next conference will be held at Auckland. The following officers were elected, all of Wellington unless otherwise specified:—President, Mr. E. A. Sargeant; vine-president, Mr. R. Brooke-Taylor; treasurer, Mr. H. S. Gilberd; librarian, Mr. G.
