ASSAULTS WITH RAZORS
CASES IN MELBOURNE MELBOURNE. Feb. 15 The third razor-slashing incident in three weeks occurred in the suburb of Col ling wood when a man was cut across the throat and back of the neck, and another man who endeavoured to assist him had one hand cut. Both were able to leave hospital after treatment. An arrest has been made.
