PARIS ASSAULT
POLICE MAKE AN ARREST PARIS. Feb, 14 Jean Leeomte, an insurance agent, has been arrested as the alleged assailant of M. Blum, the Socialist leader Lecomte declared that ho was no longer attached to L'Action Francaiso or to the Camelots du Roi.
