GERMAN POST OFFICE (Received February 16, 6.35 p.m.) BERLIN, Feb. 15 The Berlin Post Oflice authorities successfully televised by means of land wires the image of a person speaking at a telephone. A picture of 180 linos definition was transmitted 240 miles, with 25 changes per second.
