STEAM ROLLER CAPSIZES
FALL INTO A RAVINE [from our own corrk.spondf.nt] WAIMAUKU, Saturday Owing to the failure of the steering gear, a steam roller, the property of Messrs. Grinter Brothers, Mount lioskill, left the road ajid capsized down a 10-foot bank. The driver, who managed to jump clear, escaped injury. The mishap occurred near Barry's Bridge, Waima.uku, on the main road to Auckland. As yet the roller has not been moved from the ravine into which it fell.
