DAMAGED RAILWAYS
NORMAL SERVICES RESUMED Full train services were run over all the northern railway lines on Saturday for the first time since the storm of Februarv 1 and 2. Trains are, however, still observing speed restrictions over manv portions of the linos, and m some cases are running late in consequence. The first Wellington expressi arrived about half an hour late on Saturday morning, but this was due principally to heavy traffic, the trajfc comprising 15 units.
