POWER BOARD NOTICES WAITEMATA ELECTRIC - POWEI BOARD. NOTICE OP PROPOSED LOAN. In the matter of " Tho Electric-Powe Boards Act, 1925," "The Local Board Loans Act, 1926," and Amendments an Regulations made thereunder respectively the WAITEMATA ELECTRIC - POWEI BOARD, a body corporate duly constitute under the provisions of " Tho Eleotrn Power Boards Act, 1925," hereby Rive notice in terms of-" The Local Bodies Loan Act, 1920," that it proposes to raise Special Loan of £IOO.OOO (one hundre thousand pounds) for the following pui poses:— For the purpose of purchasing, construci ing and providing electric works as define in " The Electric-Power Boards Act, 1925. in order to supply and to extend the suppl of electricity within the whole of tho Wuit< mata Electric-Power District. (a) For the purpose of securing tho repaj merit of the said Special Loan, a specis annually-recurring rate of 9/64ths (niii sixty-fourths, of a penny in the £ will b made and levied upon the rateable valu (on the basis of the capital value) of a the rateable property within the whole < the Waitemnfji Electric-Power District. (b) The term for which the said loan c any part thereof may bo borrowed shall b Q5 (twenty-five) years (c) The said loan or any part thereo together with interest thereon, shall bo n paid by equal aggregate annual or hal yearly instalments extending over tho ten a3 determined in (b) above. (d) No portion of interest or BinkiDg fun or any costs, charges, or expenses incurre in raising the loan will be paid out of tt loan monies.
