RACING BROADCASTS
QUESTION OF LEGALITY SYDNEY. Feb. 14 It is reported that proceedings are to be instituted shortly by the Metropolitan Racing Club to test the legality of the broadcasting of races during their progress or within a reasonable time after the last race. Action will be taken in the Supreme Court by way of an application for an injunction against one of the broadcasting stations. Plaintiff will seek an account of the damage already done by previous broadcasting.
