DAMAGES CLAIM
SUM OF £BO6 SOUGHT SEQUEL TO A COLLISION [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION"] "WELLINGTON, Friday The hearing of a claim by a motorcyclist, Clifford Henry Alexander, aged 19, against Frank McMorran, of Lower Hutt, a baker, for £BO6 7s 3d, arising out of a collision near Paraparaumu on March 10. 1935, was commenced before Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court to-day. After evidence had been heard the case was adjourned until to-morrow.
