RESERVES NOT REACHED Offers failed to reach tho reserves at an auction of sections on tho Taumata Estate, opposite tho end of Wapiti Avenue, Epsom, held at the salerooms of Samuel Vaile and Sons, Limited,'yesterday. There was fairly active bidding for some sections, but for others there wap no response. A new two-storeyed house of seven rooms on the estate was passed in at £IBSO.
