; # • ITALIAN VESSEL INVOLVED ADMIRALTY ORDERS "ARREST" (Received February 2, !>.5 p.m.) LONDON. Feb. 1 As tjie result of a collision in the Channel between the Italian steamer Fedora and the Russian steamer Pravda, the Admiralty ordered the "arrest" of the Fedora. This necessitated action lest she should proceed outside the three-mile limit, thus possibly depriving the Pravda of pensationHeary seas so far have prevented service of the writ.
