STATE TROOPS' ACTIVITY Times Cable LONDON, Jan. 30 The Peking correspondent of the Times states that after heavy fighting 20,000 Communists, advancing southward from the captured towns of Pingyuen and Maping, cut the communications with Kwei-yang eastward.
