MAILS AT BRISBANE
PROCESS OF DRYING BRISBANE. Jan. 17 Electric fans and radiators were used to dry sodden letters recovered from the City of Khartoum. It was found that the addresses on many of the envelopes were almost indecipherable. The Qantas air mail liner Brisbane brought 12981b. of air mail for Australia. So heavy was the load that seven passengers were refused at various points along the route,
