PROPOSED TOUR BY COCHET MANAWATU ACCEPTS TERMS [HY TKLF,GRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] PALME RSTON NORTH, Friday Notification from the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association management committee that it had been approached regarding a suggested exhibition tour of New Zealand by the French professional Henri Oochet (Wimbledon amateur champion, 1927 and 1929), was before the Manawatu Association Inßt evening, which accepted the terms offered. They provide for the appearance locally of Cochet with a team of three Australian professionals, probably Jim Willard, 11. O. Cummings and D. Cameron. The tour, if it eventuates, wf)l commence at the cud of January.
