Colonel Sleeman said he had been in nearly every country in the world and had read many newspapers, but never had they been so good as New Zealand newspapers. It was 14 years since he left Netv Zealand and he had always remembered the kindly treatment of himself by the newspapers he was a staff officer in the Dominion.
