AUSTRALIAN CLUB

PARTY FOR CHILDREN The children's Christmas party held annually by the Australian Club took place on Saturday afternoon at the home of Mrs. A. St. Clair Brown, Ranfurly Road, Epsom. Over 60 children, invited mainly from Sister Esther's Mission, thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas tree and games on the lawns. The children arrived in motor-cars provided by Mrs. John Farrell, Mrs. Noakes, Mrs. Scott. Mrs. Coote, Mrs. Pavkell and Mrs. J. T. F. Mitchell, and on their arrival a jovial Santa Claus appeared and gave each child a present. Club members present at the function were:—Mrs. John Farrell. wife of the presidentj Dr. Buckley Turkington, president of the women's section; Mrs. St. Clair Brown, Mrs. Allan Spenoe, Mrs. Scott Young,, Mrs. G.
