A mooting of the Committee of Eighteen jWill be held to-morrow to consider the reports of the five sub-com-mit teen which havo been discussing technical questions arising from the application of sanctions against Italy. 1 hose include the question of clearing agreements and additions to the list of prohibited key exports.
