MURDER CHARGE
ARREST OF A SUSPECT MR. M. HENWOOD'S DEATH SYDNEY. Nov. 5 In connection with the finding of the body of Mr. M. Henwood, New South Wales Conciliation Commissioner, on the railway line .51 miles west of Sydney the detectives became convinced yesterday that deceased was murdered as bloodstains were discovered in the carriage he had occupied. There was also evidence that he had been dragged 20 yards along the track. The detectives made inquiries in order to locate a young man aged about 25 who had joined the same train at Bathurst and is believed to have travelled in company with Mr. Henwood. Subsequently a man was arrested.
