ROUND TABLE CLUB

Tho Auckland Business and Professional Women's Round Table Club held its fortnightly dinner at the Cottage Tearooms. There was a large attendance of members and friends. Tho president, Miss L. Langsford, presided and announced that instead of having a speaker on this occasion three club members, Miss R. Macaulay, Miss A. Wiltshire and Miss I. Tanner, would read papers they had prepared on topics of interest to the club. This departure from the usual procedure of club dinners proved a popular change, and the president afterward thanked the three members for the preparation of their respective papers.
