RETURNED SOLDIERS' TOURNEY [from our own correspondent] : PUKEKOHE, Tuesday A very successful returned soldiers' golf tournament was held at Pukekohe during th 9 week-end. A field of over 60 included representatives of Titirangi, Maungakiekie, Kemuera, Middlemore, Otahuhu, Manukau, Papakura, Waiuku, Onewhero and Pukekohe Golf Clubs. The chairman of the Pukekohe branch of the Franklin Returned Soldiers' Association, Mr. F. A. Hosking, stated when presenting the trophies that the tournament was to be an annual one. He was quite sure, after seeing how successful this had been, that next year tha entries would be doubled. A handsome trophy given by Messrs. Walker and Hall for annual teams match competition was won by a team representing the Royal Navy, Duncan, A. Stuart, McKiiiven and McDouifall, the ru.uners-up being the Air Fojce, K. Caldwell, T.
