The results of a race from Feilding to Hamilton wero as follows; —Mr. F. Woodcock's No. 71, 1143.3 yds a minute. 1; Mr. P. Petry's No. 212, 1143 yds a minute, 2; Mr. H. Davies' No. 233, 1138.9yd5, 3. There were 13 competitors. A yearling championship was flown from Wellington and was won by Mr. P._ Petry's No. 16, with an average speed of 902 yds a minute. Only one bird completed the distance on Saturday.
