IMPROVEMENT IN SERVICE [ilY TELEGRAPH —SPECIAL IIEFOKTEItI WELLINGTON. Tuesday Improvements in the mail service between Auckland and the Maramarua district have been authorised by the Postmaster-General, Hon. A. Hamilton, according to advice received to-day by Mr. W. W. Massey, Government M.P. for Hauraki. The Minister states that he has arranged for the acceptance of a tender for a daily service direct from Auckland to the Maramarua district, and nxpressed the bope that his action will fully meet the requirements of the settlcra.
