' EVACUATION ORDER ISSUED IMMEDIATE DEPARTURE (Received October 15, 1.45 a.ni.) ADDIS ABABA. Oct. 14 The British Legation has ordered all British subjects and foreigners at the legation to evacuate it immediately, women and children leaving first.
