SOUTH AFRICA DECIDED
QUESTION OF MEAT CONTROL GEN. SMUTS' ANNOUNCEMENT PRETORIA. Oct. 13 General Smuts, speaking at Ottosdals, said that South Africa would carry out sanctions. He added that the question of stopping the Italian meat contracts was not necessarily involved.
