OVERSEAS LEAGUE
Tho monthly meeting of tho business girls' social circlo of tho Overseas League was hold 011 Friday night in the leaguo's rooms. An interesting programme of songs and plays had been arranged. Two of the plays, "A I'ire Affair" and "Tho Rabbit," were presented by Miss L. Dunuett, tho parts being taken by Miss N. Earl, Miss L. Dunnett, Miss S. McKechnio and Miss S. Rogers. In the play, "Joint Owners in Spain" (Alice Beam), parts were played bv Miss G. Clark, Miss May son, Miss Norah Clark and Miss Bnrgin. "Waiting for tho Bus" was presented by members of the circlo comprising tho Misses Doris Gill, Vida Hooker, Kathleen Mackio, Dorothy Shepherd, Pam. Johnson and Shirley Woodham, assisted by the Misses C. Beobe and S. Overton. Two songs given by Miss dunnett, "Midsummer Eve" and "Miphty Like a Rose," completed tho evening's programme, after which supper was served in the library.
