A GREAT WEALTH-PRODUCING INDUSTRY DEVELOPING OUR TOURIST TRADE The Government is daily becoming more alive to the immense potentialities of the tourist " industry " in New Zealand. Increasing activity is being shown in relation to its development, but everything possible must be done to attract moro and more tourists — people with money to spend in New Zealand. Tourists will not* include this country in their itinerary if unnecessary and irritating restrictions are imposed. For instance, if they aro to be told what they may or may not eat or drink, they will spend their time and money elsewhere. To-day no country in the whole world has prohibition. Every country that has tried it has thrown it out. Prohibition in New Zealand would certainly strangle our highly potential tourist trade. New Zealand needs tourists and New Zealand needs Continuance. You can help by striking out the two bottom lines on Polling Day.—Advt.
