Godden, welcomed the visitors, who included the chairman of the Junior Control Board, Mr. D. Wilkie. and Messrs. W. F. Clarke, I. Stonex, C Howe and A. Chapman, representing the board. The chairman of the Papakura Town Board, Mr. H. E. McEntee. and representatives of other Papakura sports and social bodies were also present. There was an attendance of about 70 club members. It is the committee's intention to proceed immediately with improvements to the playing area nnd also provide an additional ground for next season.
