Competition was firm throughout and advanced prices were realised. Ox beef wan penned in usual numbers and consisted of a line of well-? finished cattle. Cow and heifer beef was yarded " in average numbers, with finished quality scarce. Competition was keen and prices firm throughout. Young empty cows were in firm demand.
