DIET FOR THE TOO-THIN
Although tho cry of most women today is for sJimness, thero are some women who aro decidedly too thin for health and beauty. A woman who is excessively thin either worries far too much, or starves herself of nourishment. Worries must be banished as far as possible, and a contented frame of mind needs co bo cultivated. So often much about which we fret and fuss is totally unnecessary. Besides banishing anxiety wo must sleep and rest as much as wo can, if we aro very thin. Then, of course, food must bo as nourishing and concentrated as possible. Dairy foods aro the best. Plenty of milk, butter, cream and eggs can be taken: in fact, it is not too much to drink a quart of milk a day. Chocolate is nourishing, and the fat of meat and bacon is valuable if it can bo taken.
