BOOT REPAIRER .SENTENCED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] DUNEDIN, Friday Charged in the Police Court to-day with issuing valueless cheques, Harry Walter Reid was sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment., It was stated accused was discharged from the Invercargill gaol in July of last year and started business in Dunedin as a boot lepairer, later opening an account with several banks and issuing cheque*.
